what does it mean to be responsible pet owner?

it means to not to hurt it and also dont feed at all , or like give it love , care for it those are things that you cant be responsible for your pet ......... i think means that the most thing you need to give to your pet is love and care show it that you care and really love it thats like the most IMPORTANT THING !! BECAUSE IF YOU DONT THEN BE ALONE AND MAYBE EVEN DIE WITH OUT IT...... THATS WHAT REALLY THINK ABOUT IS LIKE THE MAIN THING .......... DOGSSSSSSS HAVE BEEN HURT AND HAVENT HAD ANY HOME AND FAMILY TO STACY , LOVE TOO. IS TIME IT SHOULD CHANGE AND MAKE THE PETS HAPPY AND NOW THE WAY YOU SHOULD TREAT A PET IS LOVE IT AND TAKE CARE OF IT FEED IT EVERY DAY DONT HIT IT AND PROTECT IT TOO FROM PEOPLE OR OTHER ANIMALS BE WITH IT ALL THE TIME DONT LET LIVE IT BY IT SELF BECAUSE MAYBE THEY CAN GET STOLE AND MAYBE HURT AND MAYBE DIE TOO
